I've been working with carma.org on putting their information about power plants in Google Earth, and they just posted the KML and wrote a blog post about it.

I'm presenting this tomorrow at a poster session at the American Geophysical Union fall meeting in San Francisco.

Cool! Carma is a real nice resource. I've taken their country summaries and created a nice flash based map on my blog: http://blogs.edf.org/climateatlas/
I also used the Vulcan project's US county summaries to show per capita and total emissions summaries.
I've noticed some power station icons are a little off in Google Earth. Here are the exact positions:
Loy Yang A: -38.254331,146.574170
Loy Yang B: -38.256862,146.586415
Hazelwood: -38.272705,146.391662
Yallourn: -38.177319,146.343491
Keep up the good work.
Thanks, Mark, I've forwarded the corrections to Carma.
